Privacy
Policy
We are committed
to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information
that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the
Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web
Trader Code of Practice.
We collect
information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your
order and second, to provide you with the best possible
service.
We will give
you the chance to refuse any marketing e-mail from us in the
future. Your information WILL NOT be passed to any other
trader. The type of information we will collect about you
includes: your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and
credit/debit card details.
We will never
collect sensitive information about you without your explicit
consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to
date. You can check the information that we hold about you by
emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or
correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold
will be held securely in accordance with our internal security
policy and the law and the Which? Web Trader Code.
If we intend to
transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic
Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We may use
technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to
our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be
stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to
prevent this happening. The information collected in this way
can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser
settings.

Should you
not wish to receive any mailings from us then send an e-mail clearly stating the e-mail address
to which you do not wish to receive mailings.
Credit
Card Security
Our secure
online trading system will accept all major credit cards. All
credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the
order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only
decrypted after they reach our computer. Your card details are
never stored anywhere and nobody has access to any of your
confidential details.
By submission
of the order the customer accepts these terms and conditions
and authorises bears2send to collect payment for items
ordered.
Damaged or
Lost Goods Refunds
We cannot be
held responsible for incorrect information supplied by the
customer. Once the
delivery has been signed for at the given address it is no
longer the responsibility of balloons2send.
We endeavour
to respond and resolve all complaints within five working
days.
Damaged Goods
If your item
arrives damaged it must be reported to us within 10 days of the
chosen delivery date. Please retain the goods until advised by
our staff, as you may be requested to return them.
Lost Goods
Should you order
not arrive it must be reported to us within 10 days of the
chosen delivery date. We will then investigate the whereabouts
of your item, and refund where appropriate. Please be aware
that International Delivery can take up to ten days, depending on the destination country.
Special Delivery
Items sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery have an additional
guarantee. Providing you placed your order before the cut off
time of 2pm Mon - Fri and 10am Saturday, it will arrive the
next working day by 1pm (working days are Monday to
Friday, they do not include Sundays and Bank or Public
Holidays). There are
deliveries on Saturdays, but this is not guaranteed. Later times apply in the remote
parts of Scotland.
Cancellation
Under the
Distance Selling Regulations you have 10 days from receipt of
the goods to cancel your order and claim a refund. Your money
will be returned within 30 days of cancellation. You must
return the item at your own expense or a deduction will be made to
cover the collection cost.
Substitution
We reserve the right to substitute your product with a
similar choice if your chosen product is out of stock.
Where time allows before dispatch, we will contact you to
give you the option of cancelling the order or accepting
the substituted goods.
